Dealing with your fine

If you have received a South Australia Police issued expiation notice from a speed or red light camera detection you can:

• View the photographic evidence taken by the speed or red light camera
• Nominate the driver
• Request a review
• Pay the notice
• Elect to be prosecuted

If you elect to pay an expiation notice but have difficulty paying the fine in full contact the Fines Enforcement and Recovery Unit who may be able to assist you with further fine payment options.
